this is an rpg blog for the character amy pond, from the television series doctor who. i do not own the character or anything associated with thereof, all rights go to the bbc. i also do not own any gifs i use unless stated otherwise, and credit goes to their creators, whoever they may be. however, most if not all writing on this blog is my original work unless stated otherwise. 

the timeline for this amy is current: she was zapped back in time and she presently lives a comfortable life with her husband, rory williams, in 1938, manhattan. she’s happy but not; she loves her husband and overall doesn’t regret her decision, but she can’t help thinking of the doctor, and misses him overwhelmingly. this is a relatively new blog, so character development will be more set in stone once she gets out there a bit. 

this whole thing sounds really formal but i’m actually quite the opposite: as long as you can handle a little sarcastic wit, i’m pretty much the most easy going person on earth. send me an ask if you have any questions or want to start an rp. i can pretty much guarantee i’ll say yes, unless there are some sort of special circumstances?? not sure how that would work but basically, if you’re not a serial killer i’ll be happy to rp yes yes.

also another clarification: if you ever find yourself noticing that my ooc comments seem rather deadpan, here’s a possible explanation: i don’t like exclamation points. i actually kind of hate them, and i avoid using them unless absolutely necessary. don’t ask me why, i’m just weird. so the lack of exclamation points may make me look kind of indifferent about everything, but i’m not, i’m nice, i promise i won’t hurt your feelings, i swear on my mother’s life. 

i also have really weird and sometimes dark humour as shown above, i’m an odd person ok, accept me as i am.
